This collection of sounds has been carefully designed to create mood and atmosphere. Its textures and effects are useful for all New Age, soundtrack and contemporary music applications. These sounds are unique to the capabilities of the Wavestation and cannot be obtained using any other technology. 41. And God said...: inspired by Chapter #1 in the Bible. Monophonic patch. Hold one note, preferably in the lower octaves.

42. "...Light!": hold one note, preferably in the lower octaves, until the two chords are sounded at the end of the sequence. Intended to compliment patch #41.

43. 8-Bit Strings: dirty strings that bring us back a few years in affordable sampling technology. Nostalgic quality! MW controls the filter. Pressure controls vibrato. JS controls the waveform mix.

44. Wakeman & Howe: inspired by stuff on "Tales From Topographic Oceans" by Yes. Wakeman plays chords on the lower half while Steve Howe does his volume-control-guitar melodies on upper half.
