KORG
Korg produced and distributed four different series of ROM cards for their WS synths:
a) WPC-0** Series which contained Internal factory preload RAMs 1-3 soundbanks
b) WPC-** Series which contained original new soundbanks (10 volumes), some of them programmed by other societies
c) WSC-** Series which were double cards sets: one with an original new soundbank, the other one with new internal PCMs
d) MCR03-WS* Series which contained preloaded RAM cards programmed by independant sounddesigners
e) Wave* Series distributed by Korg UK (at least two preloaded RAM cards)

SOUND SOURCE UNLIMITED
SSU is an american society (Malibu, California) which developed complete sounds/samples libraries for a large collection of diverse synthesizers/samplers models.
It gathers a large team of programmers and sounddesigners (see their respective profiles here).
Their products were distributed by Greytsounds™ (Northridge, California - owner: Bob Grey) via their website since the mid 90's.
Sound Source Unlimited (SSU) was then renamed "Sound Source Interactive" (SSI).

Now it has moved to the "Great Sounds" website (Los Angeles, California - owner: Bob Grey) and soundbanks are only available as sysex files (no more ROM/RAM cards).
 They also sell their products via their eBay store.

They produced a total of 8 ROM cards for the WS model.
They also distributed 3 additional ROM cards especially programmed for the WS EX, SR & A/D models and using their respective additional features.

SoundEngine is an american society (Capitola, California - owner: Scott Peer) which is apparently selling now - among others - products developed in the past by Technosis company.

Valhala is a well-known american company (Ferndale, Michigan) which unfortunately went bankrupt on the early 90's.
They distributed one WS soundbank as the International Gold "WS-601" ROM card.
This soundbank was originally edited by Hit Music Productions as the Sound Foundation Gold ROM card Volume 1.

Soft Sound is a german company (Berlin, owner: Manfred Regenberg) which produced a total of seven WS soundbanks: 4 of them stored on ROM or RAM cards and the complete set (7 soundbanks) available on an Atari 3.5" floppy disk. Two of them were programmed for WS EX & A/D models only.
Their products were also distributed by LETHOS-Production (Berlin, owner: Mirko Lüthge) during the mid 90's.
As you can see, two soundbanks are still missing to my collection. Any informations or - best of all - a sysex version of it would be much appreciated!

SHS-Sound-Software is a german society (owner & programmer: Stefan Horst) which developed two particular soundanks organized in such a way to turn your Korg WS in a General MIDI module.  They occupy both RAM1 & 2 and need to be loaded together. They also include a Performance Map and a Multi Setup.
Stefan programmed too soundbanks for MSP , Sound Art and Käng-Kong societies.

They have been distributed for a while these last years as sysex files via the Waterfall 440 Studio Music website, but it seems now that they are definitively no longer available. Particularity: the three soundbanks do not  include Wave Sequences.

Livewire Audio is an american society (Oceanport, New Jersey) which produced at least two WS soundbanks (please, correct me if I'm wrong!).

XTREM SOUND
XTrem Sound is a german company (Köln - owner: Harmut Wessling) which produced two WS ROM cards (programmed by Hartmut).
A volume three named "Super Analog" was listed in their 1993 catalog, but it seems that it was in fact never ended and finally not distributed.
Any precisions about it or - best of all - a sysex version of it would be much appreciated.

ESPEN BERANEK HOLM
Espen Beranek Holm is a norwegian pop artist and comedian.
He programmed a WS soundbank in 1990 which seems to have been commercialy distributed (but I don't know by whom and I don't know the exact name of his soundbank).

Originally distributed by Chronos (Russia, owner: Nick Klimenko), the first soundbank named "Best Pads & Drones" and programmed by Nick was published in 2017.
Two years later (2019), Nick programmed the second soundbank named "Extended". These two evolving/deep atmosphere pads Korg WS soundbanks are now distributed by LFO Store website with three different options:

NICE BYTES MUSIC
Nice Bytes Music is a german society (Fellbach) which developed soundbanks and samples disks for several synth/sampler models.
Their WS library is constitued of an eight 3.5" floppy disks set full of categorized soundbanks.
The "Waves" group (disks#7 & 8) is constituted by the ROM Wave Sequences soundbank (00-31) and the 486 internal waves.
